Support for the activities of the CHRONOS Foundation by purchasing the Foundation Benefit Cards Chronos.
Administrator (Chronos Foundation KRS 0000308031, NIP PL 7822434739, Regon 300866492, Św. Michała 43, 61-119 Poznań) is available via the Portal (www.fundacja-
chronos.pl) the opportunity to purchase Chronos Foundation benefits cards.

1. Cash payments to the Foundation may be made by purchasing cards The Chronos Foundation benefits through:
1.1. Purchase of the Chronos Foundation Benefit Cards and other items listed for sale at www.fundacja-chronos.pl. in the "store" tab
1.2. Detailed rules for making payments for purchasing the cards in question in points 2 and 4, it defines each time the regulations applied by the relevant Operator online payments.
1.3 As part of purchasing Benefit Cards, the Buyer receives an equivalent value product payment for a given product.
1.4 Each purchased Benefit Card becomes the buyer's property by sending product to the shipping address provided by the buyer within 30 business days from the date of purchase.
1.5 Cards with denominations of "100" "1,000" "10,000" PLN, and "100" "1,000" Euro, you can exchange after collecting the equivalent of "10,000" Euro for a Gold Benefit Card of the Foundation Chronos.
1.6 The Chronos Foundation Gold Benefit Card can be purchased for the equivalent of "10,000" Euro.
1.7 Each Benefit Card has a unique number and is identified when selling from the person who purchased the Benefit Card in accordance with the rules of the GDPR.
1.8. The Chronos Gold Benefit Card entitles you to a 20% discount on fees associated with stay and service in the emerging Nursing Home and Chronos Foundation Hospice.
1.9. All funds obtained from the purchase of the Chronos Foundation Benefit Cards will remain intended for land purchase, construction and servicing of the Nursing Home and Foundation Hospice Chronos.

2. Complaints
2.1. Complaints will be considered by the Administrator within no more than 30 days from the date of its submission by the User.

3. Final provisions
3.1. These Regulations shall enter into force on June 1, 2020. The Administrator may from from time to time make changes to these Regulations, including in particular to adapt its provisions to generally applicable laws.
Current versions of the Regulations will be made available to Users on the Portal along with information about the change.
3.2. In matters not covered by these Regulations shall apply relevant provisions of Polish law.
3.3. If any provision or provisions of these Regulations turn out to be invalid, unlawful or ineffective, this does not affect validity, compliance with the law and effectiveness of the remaining provisions of the Regulations.

  to process the order and serve my person as a buyer (consent required),
• my personal data provided here in the form for information purposes, educational and marketing related to those run by the Foundation projects under the statutory activities of the Chronos Foundation by post, e-mail and telephone (consent is not required to make a purchase).

Personal data processing clause:
In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27.04.016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of data personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR) we inform that:

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes: (1) related to billing with the purchase of Benefit Cards and support for the Buyer as well as (2) information and education related to the statutory activities of the Chronos Foundation based on the following grounds Legal: art. 6 clause 1 letter a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (consent) and art. 6 clause 1 letter f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (legally legitimate interest).
The recipients of your personal data will be: banks, online payment operators and others entities related to the implementation and settlement of purchase as well as companies providing services helplines, courier companies and entities cooperating with the Chronos Foundation in campaigns and information and education projects.

Your personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn, implemented settlement of the donation, and after this period for the time for which the law requires storing data or for any limitation period for any claims.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

1. the right to access data content, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit data processing;
2. the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data by the Administrator at any time. The consent may be withdrawn by means of an application sent and e-mail address: fundacjahronos@gmail.com or by post. Data processing carried out until the consent is withdrawn remains lawful;
3. the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if it finds that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
   

Providing personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose referred to in point 1.
